Torvosaurus was one of the largest predators of the Late Jurassic — a megalosaurid theropod found across the Morrison Formation of North America and in Portugal, with estimates placing it at up to 10–11 metres in length. It had a massive, deep skull, powerful forelimbs with large curved claws, and a build that made it a direct rival to Allosaurus as apex predator of its ecosystem. For a genus described as far back as 1979, it remains one of the most formidable and underrepresented large theropods in popular culture — making its Gigantic Thrashers release a standout pick. The figure delivers two separate button-activated action features: a tail attack strike and a jaw chomp, giving it more interactive play than most figures in the line.
