We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate.
Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. These reasonable display variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Any known packaging wear, damage or other product condition issue will be disclosed in the relevant product listing where applicable.
Products and quantities may be changed, limited or discontinued without notice before an order is accepted.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully received, any required payment or security checks have been completed and Unkie’s confirms the order.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:
• Payment cannot be confirmed;
• A product is unavailable;
• Product, pricing or inventory information contains a genuine error;
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity;
• The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside our available delivery area; or
• We are otherwise unable to lawfully complete the order.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
Please review your products, quantities and delivery information carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a correction. We cannot guarantee that an accepted or dispatched order can be changed or cancelled.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND GST
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Shipping charges are shown separately during checkout before payment. Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Prices on this website may differ from prices offered by Unkie’s through third-party marketplaces because each sales channel has different fees, promotions and operating costs.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by rural or remote destinations, public holidays, peak periods, carrier disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact Unkie’s so we can investigate and provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Unkie’s does not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind, finds the product elsewhere at a different price or decides they no longer want the product.
This change-of-mind position does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
SECTION 7 — CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNTS
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order or using our services.
You are responsible for keeping any customer-account login details confidential and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns or a material breach of these Terms.

The website’s original branding, written content, layout, graphics and other original materials belonging to Unkie’s are protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Our store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables Unkie’s to offer products and services online, but purchases from this store are made directly from Unkie’s.

Unkie’s is not responsible for the content or operation of an unrelated third-party website merely because this website contains a link to it. This does not affect our responsibility for products purchased directly from Unkie’s or any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
