Dilophosaurus is one of the most iconic creatures in Jurassic Park history — the small, crested theropod that lulled Dennis Nedry into a false sense of security before deploying its frill and blinding him with venom. The scene is one of the original film's most effective horror beats, and the Dilophosaurus has been a fan favourite ever since. In reality, there's no fossil evidence for the frill or venom — Crichton and Spielberg invented both — but the Jurassic Park version has become so embedded in popular culture that it's now the definitive image of the species. The Strike Attack release captures that iconic frill-and-strike moment with a button-activated feature that recreates the ambush in miniature.
